It was just starting to snow and I did not want to ride on a donut all weekend. Chris Bledsoe took care of it right away. The nail was in the middle of the tire so they were able to plug it. While the car was there Chris had them look at all of the tires just as a precautionary measure. He gave me a complete report about the tread depth of all of the tires and how they were wearing. Not all dealers go above and beyond like Chris did. I've been a customer at Burns Honda for about 20 years and have had nothing but great service. More

After spending more time in my car quest this week than at my full time job, it was all worth it to have ended my search with Craig and a CR-V! Craig was easy going, honest, personable, and straight forward. He took the time not only to listen to what was important to me, but also took the time to make conversation with both me and my father. To walk out of a car dealership not only feeling that the salesperson is focused on your best interests, but to also feel that there was a human approach to sales, was refreshing! Recall by Honda for airbag replacements (second review) After the first replacement of my driver's and passenger airbags, and at the end of my fourth trip to Burns Honda (I live over one hour away from deal After the first replacement of my driver's and passenger airbags, and at the end of my fourth trip to Burns Honda (I live over one hour away from dealership), I believe the problem is finally resolved. At the end of my third trip for a resolution of the problem, it became evident to the service department and me, the problem could not be fixed that day and I would have to leave the car with them over the weekend. They told me they would replace the entire horn/airbag assembly. The car was in the service department from Saturday until the following Wednesday. They gave me a loaner car for that time period. A new horn/airbag assembly was installed since they were convinced the new assembly was the only answer. Burns Honda was apologetic to me for all the problems associated with this situation. It was a long frustrating and inconvenient four weeks, but Burns did finally take care of the problem. That was a few weeks ago and the problem appears to be resolved, at least as of the writing of this second review. I want to thank Dave Kull and Chris Belle for their assistance with this very frustrating problem. They worked with me and followed up until it was resolved. More

Friendly Dealership without the attitude. First let me say I only went for a test drive to see if I wanted a CRV and 4 hours later I drove home in a new car. Ed Altman is a friendly salesman First let me say I only went for a test drive to see if I wanted a CRV and 4 hours later I drove home in a new car. Ed Altman is a friendly salesman who went out of this way to find the 2017 CRV AWD EXL in the color that I wanted and at a reasonable price. And he knows about the CRV and the options. He showed me how to set up my phone to connect to the car, set the radio stations I listen to and explained some of the options and settings. I was at another Honda dealer that is in MY area and the salesman showed me a car in the lot. When I asked about the price he just points and the sticker and says that's the price. NO "lets go inside and talk about the price or a deal”. Well they lost a sale with that attitude. So I drove 26 miles to Burns Honda and they got the sale. Being a 4 time former Subaru owner all I have to say about the CRV is WOW. I believe the 2017 CRV is a home run in style and options. It handles like a dreams and has plenty of pick-up and is in my eyes pretty luxurious. I was telling others it’s the “ little things “ that make the CRV a winner for 2017 and Burns Honda a great dealer. Bye Bye Subaru! More
