Much improved Last time I had an oil change, it took 2.5 hours and I swore...never again. Thought I would give it another try. It only took 35 minutes. I got phone calls, I had two people right there when I came to pick up my car and they were attentive, interested, and determined to make sure my experience was great and my problem resolved. Excellent dealership I bought my first Honda, an Accord, from this dealership a little over three years ago and have exclusively gone to them for all service on the vehicl I bought my first Honda, an Accord, from this dealership a little over three years ago and have exclusively gone to them for all service on the vehicle ever since. The car has been great and they have always been extremely professional in all dealings. I did experience a frustration one time which involved them not looking at/addressing an issue I brought to their attention on a service appointment, but when I raised it, they were very apologetic and made it right. I was very pleased with how they responded. Would definitely recommend this dealership to others. More

Routine Maintenance Brought my 2017 CVR in for it's 1st Oil Change. Everyone in the Service Dept. at Burns Honda is a pleasure to deal with. There is outstanding issue t Brought my 2017 CVR in for it's 1st Oil Change. Everyone in the Service Dept. at Burns Honda is a pleasure to deal with. There is outstanding issue that we need to resolve. When I bought the car I had a maximum that I was willing to pay per month. We were only a few dollars off. Then either the Salesman or the Finance person said your Oil Changes are included. My husband and I both heard this. In fact I constantly remind him every 6,000 miles when he has to take his 2017 Subaru in for Oil Changes that he has to pay for. We were not charged this time, but will be for on going routine maintenance. We thought we had it in writing but that is not the case. More
