Exceptional -- As Usual This is my second time at the Burnt Honda Service Dept. My CRV wouldn't start and when we were to finally get it started, we took it to Burns Honda t This is my second time at the Burnt Honda Service Dept. My CRV wouldn't start and when we were to finally get it started, we took it to Burns Honda to see if we could get a new battery (I was worried about the upcoming winter months). We were able to get it in quickly, the old battery wad tested and they found a dead cell and installed a new battery. The 14-point system check was also done and they explained everything. I still cannot believe that they remember you each time you are there. I find that fascinating. Rachel and Nicole were really great in following the=rough the process. Rachel was very patient and efficient. I couldn't' find Rachel's name on the list below but she was fantastic from beginning to end!! Love the Team!! More
