This is my very first Honda and of course I was intimidated by my lack of knowledge with regards to this fabulous automobile. My awesome experience began with a phone message left for me by Brian Young. I had inquired about Honda's at several dealerships and Brian Young responded first. His warm and friendly customer service message left on my voicemail peeped my curiosity. I not only wanted to visit Burns Honda but also wanted to meet their sales representative who seemed genuinely eager to assist me in my purchase of my first Honda. Well, they did not let me down. Upon arrival, the receptionist greeted me with a warm smile and after making sure I was comfortable called Brian Young. I was so apprehensive because I was alone and not too sure about this. Well, Brian approached me with a warm smile and everything went 5 star and beyond from that point forward. I have dealt with Sales Consultants before but none like him. There should be a Brian Young at every dealership. This gentleman works excessively hard to make sure that your dreams come true. That is what he did for me. He genuinely cares about you and finding the Honda that will fit your personality. Truly skilled in his trade and a joy to know. I honestly believe that the reason the showroom and the lot outside are not cleared of Honda's is because he does not handle every single customer. Thank you Brian. I absolutely love my Honda. Its perfect!!!!! Also, the Burns Honda Team are all so very very nice. You would not want to buy a Honda from anywhere else. More

I chose to have it done while at home. The technician they sent was an outstanding young man, John, who set to work on the car immediately and had the thing done in half an hour, while I relaxed in my house watching T.V.
