Great car buying experience at Burns Honda (with Rebecca) Honestly, this has been the only pleasant experience I’ve ever had buying a car. No hard sell, no games, Rebecca was extremely pleasant , thoughtful, Honestly, this has been the only pleasant experience I’ve ever had buying a car. No hard sell, no games, Rebecca was extremely pleasant , thoughtful, and easy to talk with and work wiith throughout the entire process of purchasing a car. While we were waiting for paperwork to be completed, Rebecca brought us bottled water without asking. She’s definitely a new era of car salesmanship and I hope it continues. If more car sale people were like Rebecca, I think more people would look forward to buying a new car rather than dread the process of buying a new car. Thanks, Rebecca! The facility.also,seems well maintained and welcoming with coffee/water and cookies and electronic stations available. Burns Honda does seem to be thoughtful and provide a pleasant waiting experience for its customers. More

Great experience purchasing a certified pre owned Pilot I had a 2011 Honda Pilot that I have always serviced at Burns Honda. Very professional shop. Never push extra services but will let you know when a recommended service is coming up. Car was always done when expected or I received a phone call letting me know what the delay was. Just purchased a 2015 Pilot and wanted to use this dealership since I always had good results. I was not disappointed. My salesperson was Bill Gomeringer and he was very helpful, knowledgeable and took time to answer all my questions. I would highly recommend this dealership for purchases and service. More
