A Very Easygoing Shopping Experience I’ve been looking for a car for over four months. I swore off Ford, Kia, and Mazda dealership because they were either pushy, disrespectful or dishone I’ve been looking for a car for over four months. I swore off Ford, Kia, and Mazda dealership because they were either pushy, disrespectful or dishonest, but I had no issues with Chris Wilder at Burns Honda. He has a very laid back approach that is both honest and respectful. Also, since it was a slow night and snowing badly, the shop took my husband’s car into the garage to help the snow melt. I drove from North Carolina to New Jersey to buy this car I was in the market for a certified Honda Pilot. I wanted low mileage and as many options fit within my budget. The local in my area in North Easter I was in the market for a certified Honda Pilot. I wanted low mileage and as many options fit within my budget. The local in my area in North Eastern NC and South Eastern VA had cars with basic options, 2wd and 30-40k miles for cars in my price range. Burns Honda had a car with less than 20k miles, 4wd and with a trim level that gave me a sunroof, heated seats, etc. I appreciate the fact that their advertised priced includes all of the dealership fees. My local dealerships don't do that, they like to surprise you with a bottom line that is a few thousand more than you were expecting. I found this car online and called the dealership in the morning. Bill G took the call. I asked a couple questions and had Bill send me a couple pictures. I decided to go for it as this was the best deal I could find within a days drive. I filled out the loan qualification on the website and Bill and I took care of the rest through text messages/email. I showed up the next day, drove the car to make sure everything was as expected and as advertised. It was! Bill took plenty of time to make sure I understood the Honda Certification program, my warranties, etc. I went into the finance guy's office Dave Osman, who went through his paperwork. He wasn't pushy about selling me a warranty or any other extras and it only took about 15 minutes in the finance office and most of that was just counting the down payment. Once that was done, Bill G made sure we understood how to use every feature of the Honda. He was very patient and was willing to take as much time as needed to make sure we were comfortable in our new car. Now keep in mind, it was starting to snow and we needed to get on the highway. I'm a southerner... you know we don't know how to drive in the snow!! Luckily Bill understood that, so he made sure to get through everything quickly so we could get back on the road but not so quickly that he missed anything. Bill called me the next day to make sure we made it home safely and to see if we had any concerns. So in short, a 14 hour round trip turned into a 20+ round trip because of weather but I would do it again. This was the best experience I've ever had buying a car from a dealership! More

Very satisfied! I don’t like to buy cars so I usually leave that up to my husband. We went in to “look” at cars and we were pleasantly left alone to actually look at cars. After a few minutes, a salesman approached us just to see if we needed any assistance. My husband explained we were just looking and he left us alone again (which is what we wanted at the time because we weren’t ready to buy just yet). When my husband had some questions, he approached the salesman who happened to be Brian Young. Brian was very knowledgeable, willing to help, and very pleasant! We didn’t get the feeling he wanted to just sell us a car so much as to get to know us and help put us in a car that was what we were looking for and really wanted. Not only did he do that but the follow through has been amazing...from the tutorial to being there when I had questions about the car after the sale, to helping us with scheduling the service and maintenance of the car. My husband and I feel like we made a friend - someone we can trust! My husband just went back to him to buy a used second car for his son and we now plan to definitely go back for all of our car needs...used or new! More

From the very start, Brian was very welcoming, Extremely friendly and Helpful. Brian did some fact finding and we ended up on a test drive with a 2017 Pilot. After a little back and forth with my busy schedule, Brian and I were able to sit down again and work out the details of getting me into a new 2017 Pilot. Brian made the entire process very easy and was clear with every step a long the way! The entire staff seemed very warm and welcoming. Michael Guida, the Business Manager, who took care of the paperwork was very efficient and communicated clearly with every step. Brian took the time to show me ALL the new features with the Pilot and made sure that the setting were all set to my liking. Brian made sure i felt comfortable with the new Pilot before leaving the dealership. Brian paused the sales process for a bit and went out of his way to have a conversation with my daughter to involve her and keep her from being "bored"! Never felt pressured at any point during my interaction with anyone at BURNS HONDA!!! Would definitely recommend them and will continue to do business in the future !!!!! More
