He is a true professional, with an up front no nonsense approach, as well as being courteous, and very knowledgeable. Dave Osman in Finance was also a pleasure to deal with and provided me the financing I was looking for as well as extended warranty options. No pressure, just the facts, so you can make the right decisions. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Burns, my last Honda was purchased inn 2005, and I will gladly return again.
