I’m pleased to say that my experience buying my 2017 Honda Accord EX from Burns Honda was excellent. I put a $500 refundable deposit down so they could hold the car for me until I could test drive it. Bill Gomeringer was the salesman I worked with. He set up an appointment for me to test drive and was very professional. He had the car ready for me as soon as I got there. He was very knowledgeable and patient - answering all of my questions. Ultimately, I ended up buying the car and they gave me a great deal! They were also able to help me get a car loan at a good rate. I highly recommend Bill and his team at Burns Honda! More

We were recommended to Burns Honda and there were plenty of positive points about this dealership. First, Charlie Lim is a professional, down-to-earth salesperson, who made us feel comfortable. He answered all of our questions about the Accord we were looking for and got us into the right car for the right price. Secondly, he took the extra time to walk us through the entire car setup from Bluetooth to riding preference settings. I usually NEVER get an extended warranty, but after talking to Ray Kollman it only made sense to spend a few extra dollars a month because now I am completely covered for an additional 63K miles soup-to-nuts for any problems, including tires, that may arise. Ray's 18 years at Burns is no doubt a testament to his outstanding customer service.. Excellent experience. Keep up the good work! More
