We This is our fifth car buying experience, and Bill and the other folks at Burns Honda made it extremely painless and we walked away very satisfied. We're new to the area, and Burns was our first stop to look at Certified Pre-Owned Odysseys that were 1-3 years old. The first one Bill showed us was immaculate, had more features than we were originally looking for, and ultimately, was better priced based on what else we had planned to look at. We've had the car for a week, and its been great. More
Overall the experience was awesome for a first time buyer I'd like to be as non biased as i can with this review and hope it can help people and Honda to develop even more with it's customer's experiences. Th I'd like to be as non biased as i can with this review and hope it can help people and Honda to develop even more with it's customer's experiences. The initial phone call previous months ago started fresh, appealing and the salesman was eager to attend to my needs. This blossomed into detailed questions that I could say were answered in a timely, accurate fashion give or take a few bumps on the road. I'll admit the price negotiation was a bit rough and stressful however I understand the dealership's goal to make a profit but honestly I really felt i could have gotten a better price. Test driving the car with Brian was an educating experience and it helped me make my decision a lot quicker. I felt he was hands on to my buyer inquiries and rants and somewhat eased my mindset at that time, albeit the manager that followed after was direct and stern and I felt could have been a bit more accommodating. I'm still in the post care treatment of our deal at this time and I'm pleased to truly continue this relationship. Today I met another helpful person by the name of John in service who again genuinely helped me with my ideas on enhancing my ride. Bottom line I came in with the understanding that no true dealership is perfect so I was patient with the flaws but also greatly appreciated the effort spent in my ongoing relationship. I love the car and More power to you Burns Honda! More
ALWAYS A GREAT EXPERIENCE BOTH IN SALES & SERVICE. I HAVE HAD HONDA VEHICLES FOR WELL OVER 20 YEARS. THEY WERE ONLY SERVICED BY HONDA. DEEPLY SATISFIED ON ALL FRONTS. WOULD NOT HAVE IT ANY OTHER WAY. SALES REP, SAUL DRATMAN WAS A TREMENDOUS HELP WITH THE LEASE. TOOK HIS TIME ANSWERING ALL MY QUESTIONS. THIS IS MY FIRST TIME LEASING AN AUTO AND SAUL WAS A BIG HELP. I DON'T THINK ANYBODY COULD HAVE DONE IT BETTER. More

The most recent in this month of March in which I walk into the dealership on a Monday morning, a few days after coming in on a random Saturday and I felt like the interaction with most of the salespeople was a little awkward, Maybe they didn’t have their coffee so i’ll give them the benefit of the doubt. That soon changed once they realized that I was serious about purchasing a vehicle. Raymond Kollman and Bill (don’t remember his last name but an older gentlemen) were great to work with and explained everything fully the evening that I picked up my car up. im not sure if I would refer anyone else to the dealership if Ray and Bill didn’t work there. Just my thoughts. More
Great Car Great Price I told Carlos the make, model, trim, and price I was looking for and he show me 3 Crv that fit the bill. I told him price was the biggest factor so we I told Carlos the make, model, trim, and price I was looking for and he show me 3 Crv that fit the bill. I told him price was the biggest factor so we crunch the numbers and came to a fair price. I was in and out in no time. I have gone car shopping before and it taken hours. This time it was a much more pleasurable experience. Thanks Carlos and burns Honda More
Use the Service Department but don’t buy at Burns Honda While the service department is AWESOME at Burns Honda, you should purchase your car elsewhere. NEGATIVE PRICING: 1) Google the cost by it While the service department is AWESOME at Burns Honda, you should purchase your car elsewhere. NEGATIVE PRICING: 1) Google the cost by item of the $595 VEK that they require you to pay for. The components (mud flaps, wheel locks and all weather trunk tray) are less than half that price. 2) Make sure you check your paperwork carefully before signing. The VEK is listed on the sticker as $595 but they actually charged me $695 on the contract. 3) Honda Care which is the extended warranty is awesome. It is the same contract no matter where it is purchased and has to be honored by all Honda dealers. You can buy it online for significantly less than what Burns Honda offers by googling Saccucci Honda, Hyannis Honda, or College Hills Honda. Those dealers will then send you an online quote which you can take into the dealer to ask them to match or just purchase online (it is the same thing). Burns tried to get me to pay $2,011 for something I could purchase online for $1,335 (they agreed to just match). 4) The warranty offered through Burn's company is not as good. Make sure you see Honda Care when you sign the paperwork. Even though we had agreed on Honda Care they tried to slip the other company into what they wanted me to sign and I had to point out that we agreed to Honda Care in order for them to change it. 5) Davis Honda at the time of my purchased offered me a coupon for $250 less than my best offer and a free 3 year maintenance program. Note: We preferred the Odyssey but the Chrysler Pacifica is generally cheaper after you factor in the discounts and special financing (usually 0%) that Chrysler offers. NEGATIVE SALES PROCESS: 1) I am upset with my experience because I previously purchased a car from Burns contacted them as a returning customer. After initial contact with a Karl Utz, my phone calls and emails went unanswered for several weeks. 2) I did eventually communicate with a Burns sales manager and decide to give them a second chance based on my positive experience working with their service department. I told them again that I had 6 months to make a decision and wanted to wait for the .9% financing that Honda always offers. In order for them to make a sale I was misled into believing that it is never offered on the Odyssey. One of the texts was "Usually after they are a year old. But since they just came out not. Not even the 18 crv has a .9 yet". I purchased on Wed night and 36 hours later on Friday Honda is offering the .9% financing. I was even more frustrated because I was in the dealer with unfinished paperwork that Friday (36 hours later) because they had forgotten to get some signatures. I found out about the .9% financing offer through a competitor of Burns 1 business day later (Monday) at which time Burns said “if it were like a day or two after then we might have been able to do it”. I would have expected them to alert me to the .9% financing that Friday (36 hours later) as I was in the dealership, they said it could have been amended at that time and they knew how important it was to me. 3) After we made a deal it took 4 more hours to get the paperwork and car ready. This was mitigated somewhat because Sean was so nice. 4) I put in a complaint on their website which was supposed to go directly to the personal mailbox of the General Manager but after a week it still not answered. POSITIVE SALES EXPERIENCE: Sean Bay couldn’t have been better to communicate with, he worked around our busy schedule, and was super nice and knowledgeable about the car. Sean even stayed late the night we bought to show us some features and offered to come in on his day off. Eric Wright was also someone we interacted with and was nice and knowledgeable. The show room is updated and clean and includes a nice play area for kids. More
