I was waiting for a recall repair and Seth Miller saw me in the show room and asked if I had been helped or needed asstance in any way. I replyed I just needed a break from the waiting area and he told me I in the show room and asked if I had been helped or needed asstance in any way. I replyed I just needed a break from the waiting area and he told me I was welcome to wait in an addtional areas or I could even use the complimentary computer in that area while I waited. I found him to be very professional and concerned. The service intake person was also nice. But, it's a surprise when someone goes out of their way to be so kind any more. I've always owned Ford cars and if I do decide to buy again, you can bet it will be from Burn's Ford; because of a random act of kindness went so far. Althought he was busy, he took the time! What a great way to buy a car. I live 200 miles away and Levi got me the truck I wanted and delivered to my door and got me a better deal than two local dealers.
