Did everything they said they would do. I was shopping for a Transit Connect for commercial work. I sent faxes out to several dealerships and Burns Ford was one of only three that responded I was shopping for a Transit Connect for commercial work. I sent faxes out to several dealerships and Burns Ford was one of only three that responded. Of those, they had the best price and found me the best financing option. Brian Heffernan answered all my questions very quickly. I told him I did not want to spend a lot of time at the dealership, and we were able to do most everything via email. Delivery was a breeze - he had all the paperwork ready to go. I will be back when I'm ready for another vehicle. More

My First Ford Experience I initially contacted Levi, and set up an appointment for July 5th. I went early on July 3rd. I was greeted by numerous employees but Levi was not t I initially contacted Levi, and set up an appointment for July 5th. I went early on July 3rd. I was greeted by numerous employees but Levi was not there on this day. We looked at several cars and the keys were offered to all of them. I have always been a Chevrolet driver so I needed just a little convincing. I drove the Ford Taurus and fell in love. It is a beautiful car with everything that I could ever need. All of the staff were terrific and I would definitely recommend Burns Ford of Lancaster to anyone who wanted to buy a hazzle free ride. It was a most enjoyable afternoon and I now own that beautiful Taurus. More

My New Ford Focus I had a great experience at Burns Ford. I was greeted by Brian, who gave me the option of browsing on my own or having him show me around, so immediat I had a great experience at Burns Ford. I was greeted by Brian, who gave me the option of browsing on my own or having him show me around, so immediately I felt no pressure. He was very friendly, a great listener and made suggestions that helped me with my decision. After getting me approved, Freddy (also very nice) finished my paperwork and I was on my way. You can tell when you start looking for something that these guys want you to have what you want and are willing to work with you on price in order to make your purchase affordable for you. I worked with Levi on getting my F-150 and he was very helpful and willing to work with me. The truck was used so he let me take it to my mechanic to have him look it over and was willing to work with me on the price. I will be recommending this place to my friends in the future.
