When we came to Burlinton VW,we were coming to get my 2005 Jetta repaired, then we met Patrick. He is a real people person and asked us just to look at the new Jettas. He wasn't pushy and just spoke to us without being agressive. We agreed to test drive the Jetta, didn't like the first one but the second one was a dream and sits in my driveway now. We had a wonderful experience with Patrick, he is a real asset to Burlington VW and I would strongly recommend anybody interested in a VW to come and see Patrick. My only negative is when Patrick was done with us we waited far to long to finalize the deal. We actually had to go out to dinner and come back and still wait. Our total time there was about 7 hours.
