I never once felt pressured by him which is very important because I can't say the same for other salesmen I have dealt with in the past. I had a small issue with something missing from the car and Joe worked hard to get what I needed and even followed up on a regular basis so I knew the exact status of everything. He was very proffessional and I would definitely recommend him to others. I have nothing but great things to say about Burlington VW. Especially regarding Christian Cerrone in particular. I called the dealer on a Friday and spoke to Christian. I told him that my credit was not so great and that my biggest challenge with other dealers getting me financing was that I had a repo on my report. All the other dealers ask me to come in sit for hours only to tell me I need a huge amount of money down or a co signer. Christian told me over the phone that he thought he could help. He took a quick app over the phone and got a better idea of my scenario. I made an appointment to see him the next day. Well yet again I was in a dealer for over 3 hours. This time I left with a 2009 VW Jetta that I love. Low milage, and warrenty to cover any major problems over the term of the loan. I could not have asked for a better deal. And the only out of pocket was 700 and 500 of an 02 VW Jetta trade. So anyone looking for great service, and a reliable vehicle without giving you the round around.
