San Juan has a unique name to fit his unique friendly personality. This was my second dealership to visit investigating the Touareg diesel as a tow vehicle to replace my Sandy totaled Explorer. I drove an hour and 20 minutes to this dealer after being promised in writing and through voicemail that a deal can be worked out. Also they use an apraiser app on there android phones to appraise your vehicle you are looking to trade in and then when its appraiser for a lot less they talk you into trying to allow your car to get repossessed and start over new. A bunch of scammers if you ask me. Find another dealer to go to. Save yourself the hassle. More
