When I am buying a new car, my wife and I are very cautious especially when it comes to how much car we can afford. Mr. Dematteis patiently worked with us and was very polite and professional during t cautious especially when it comes to how much car we can afford. Mr. Dematteis patiently worked with us and was very polite and professional during the entire time (as were the other staff members). I told them what we needed and he helped us. Note: We weren't 100 percent positive that we would be buying the new Subaru that evening (although we were prepared to do so) until after we found the exact car we wanted on the lot. Mr. Dematteis answered all of our questions and we were more confident in making the purchase. Mr. Dematteis and his boss stayed late to ensure the deal went through and my wife and I drove our new car home that night. We are thoroughly pleased with the professionalism showed to us by the staff of Burlington Hyundai Subaru of Burlington, VT. and highly recommend buying from them. P.S. We went from a 2002 subaru outback to this new 2011 version. I love it as it has super leg room front and back, and of course it's a beautiful throughout. More

Gary was a respectful, concerned salesperson who seemed genuinely interested in selling me a car which met not only my needs, but also my pocketbook!
