Great Experience I can't say enough about the dealership. I went through the internet and dealt with Mike West. I managed to come up with a few more dollars and was able to offer my offer by a bit and Mike went over and above to make sure that I was able to get the vehicle I wanted. When I arrived at the dealership I dealt with Fred Supnick. Fred was very helpful and friendly showing my son the features of the car and taking him on a test drive. Even when all was finished he took my son out to his new car and helped him set up his phone with the bluetooth and went over all the features again. When we went into the finance office we dealt with Cassie Kerwood. Cassie, was also very easy and very nice to deal with. She has a great sense of humor and is very thorough and also very knowledgeable. Everyone we had the pleasure of dealing with at Hyundai City deserves 10 stars if I could.
