He took the time to answer all my questions and direct me to the person who had the answers if he couldn't answer them. I left feeling like I had been treated like a real person, not just another sale to him. Mike was helpful in letting me know what the possible finance decisions would be and what I could expect to roughly pay with a smile on his face even though it was close to or past closing time.
