I had an appointment for an oil change , when I arrived for my appointment I was told no more than an hour, after an 1hour 45 minutes later and my advisor Michael no where to be found I grabbed my own pape for my appointment I was told no more than an hour, after an 1hour 45 minutes later and my advisor Michael no where to be found I grabbed my own paperwork off his desk and had to give to another service advisor Aaron which got me out of there right away. The service receptionist froze when I was expressing to her I had to leave that I was there for an hour and 45 min. And then finally asked the other advisor for help. By this time the original advisor Michael saw all this and never came over to help or apologise. I scheduled the appointment in enough time to pick my son up at childcare and by the dealer being 45 minutes late, I was charged $1.00 a minute for the time I picked my son up late. I will never do any service at Dodge Chrysler Jeep City of Burlington NJ. More

Having my RAM for only a few months I was transferred in another job role which caused me to drive many miles per week. Open the book - showed me my Employee price based on my company - Contacted and verified the price with my HR dept and was exactly what it should have been, minus the current incentives and the deal was done in less then an hour. True and honest - strait numbers and no add-on crap at the end. Very nice people. Had a good selection of Trucks to pick from too. Was contacted by the internet sales manager on a inquiry I put in for a Jeep grand cherokee. Was quoted a bad price to begin with. They continued to contact me and so I eventually called them back to a bett I put in for a Jeep grand cherokee. Was quoted a bad price to begin with. They continued to contact me and so I eventually called them back to a better quote and appraisal on my trade-in. So far the customer service was good until I worked with Femi. Guy is a horrible sales person and seems to only care about the sale. If they can't get you to buy, you are treated like dirt. Never in my life will I ever set foot in the door or recommend this dealership again. They gave me a horrible trade-in appraisal. I told them I wanted a certain amount, which was fair. Femi came back told me no way and bye. Basically that was my experience. More
