One of the sales associates, Greg, who one of my family members just purchased I had a poor experience with the service work performed on my Durango. One of the sales associates, Greg, who one of my family members just purchased a car from, took a personal intrust in my case and made me feel important. Even though I didn't directly purchase a new car from him (yet), he made me feel welcome. Greg was the reason that despite my initial poor experience with service, when my wife's car had a mechanical issue we came back to City. I knew that because of Greg's character and insight, repairs would be made right (and they were). Even though my cases havent directly been Greg's responsibility, he went above and beyond for me. As long as City employees quality employees like Greg, they will continue to get my business. Greg gets 5 stars. More

Bad customer service Everything was great until I signed papers. Part of my deal included running boards. When I went to make appointment for them to be installed. When I arrived that day was told there were no running boards made by jeep for my vehicle. They finally installed after market a week later. There were more issues. But not enough room here More
