Misleading My Sales Person was extremely misleading when it came to some features in my vehicle. Then when I asked him to make right I was told that a radio upda My Sales Person was extremely misleading when it came to some features in my vehicle. Then when I asked him to make right I was told that a radio update would eventually become available to resolve the issue. Not only is that NOT the case, the radio won't support a nav system at all which would have been a deal breaker for me. The dealership sent the bank and Jeep the wrong address and I can't get a call back to resolve that issue to ensure no documentation is going to the incorrect address. Had to deal with the bank and Jeep by myself. Very disorganized and dishonest. I hope the service department proves to be better. So far the only positive with this dealership was my discussions with Mike W from the internet department. More

Do not trust Shook hands with salesman on deal that we agreed on in writing, comes back 5 minutes later saying all good but we had to change the rates.
