This Is How It Should Be! After getting beat up by car sales bullies at other dealerships, and about 4 bait and switch episodes, I was totally jaded and started taking out my f After getting beat up by car sales bullies at other dealerships, and about 4 bait and switch episodes, I was totally jaded and started taking out my frustrations at the next dealerships that I emailed, called, or visited. Then came City. I contacted City about a vehicle that I was interested in and was ready for a fight. It never happened. Anita B.'s communication was awesome and was totally inviting. No phony crap from them. Straight to the point and gave me the information I requested. (which by the way no one else could do in a timely fashion) I was finally able to put down my sword and shield and was soothed by people who didn't make believe they were your friend like the trained dogs that your average car sales people are, but actually proved it through their excellent customer service and their fair pricing. Thanks to Anita's excellent communication, I decided to go down to City and check out their inventory and met Fred Widmann. The guy is straight up and he was exactly what I was looking for all along, which was someone who can actually help me with buying a car and not about lubing me up for the kill. He was not the usual fake salesman who tries to be your best friend on the lot, then pushes you off a building when you are sitting at the table ready to sign. (you all know what I mean) I even threw a couple of questions in the conversation to see if he would answer them truthfully, and guess what? He did. I was totally impressed with him and ended up buying a much better car than I had gone down to see, thanks to Fred. I have to also mention that unlike all of the other dealerships I went to, the cars were laid out so beautifully and in a perfect flow pattern. My hats off to whoever is in charge of that job. It was a great experience for me. So, if you want liars and sleeze, and unorganized car lots, go to the other dealerships. If you want a great place to buy a car, with real people, go to City.
