Simple, Smooth, Relaxing & Seamless & in less than 1 hour!! Unheard of lol. Looked high & low, I could not find this ANYwhere at a price I could afford!! Never thought I would use these words to describe a car buying experience & at a dealership no less! It started with an online inquiry where I was then contacted by Liz Petnicki. I explained my situation & what I was looking for in a vehicle ie, options, price & more specifically where I needed to be as far as my monthly payment. She shortly thereafter contacted me with what they had to offer but MOST importantly she 'listened' & did not waste my time with unattainable vehicles. I completed my application online greatly reducing the paperwork & time this process sometimes takes. Liz assured me I would be in good hands once I arrived as she was their internet specialist. I arrived & was greeted with a smile & friendly tone by Jacqueline Stanton & Gus Orsi. Jacq was wonderful, even though near closing she took her time addressing any question I had, went over the vehicle, called & set up my car insurance, she even returned my rental! Now off to finance (ugghh) Pete Trolene was all aces, I did not feel at all pressured to purchase additionals, informed but not pressured. Heck, Pete even exceeded my expectations with a terrific rate!!! Bottom line____ A+ Experience from the first phone call to my drving off the lot in my New Jeep!! Doesn't get much better than this!!
