company lacks integrity and professionalism First interaction with dealership was shaky because they ran my credit without my permission. I sat down to complete my finance paperwork and my trade in amount was 1000 less then what we agreed to. My finance guy Rob had them fix it. I wondered if it was honest mistake or if they were hoping I didn't notice. When I purchased my vehicle my salesman Carl was very helpful, even checked up on me afterward. He kept stressIng how it was so important to give him a excellent rating. At the time I did because I thought he had earned it until almost a month later he brought to my attention that he forgot to get my pay stubs and it delayed in them paying off my trade and finalizing my new registration. He demanded I send the info right away but refused to give me secure fax or email address to send it to. Therefore I end up bringing it in person, that was few days later of unprofessional harassing text messages. I brought up my disappointment to the sales manager Gus and explained that not getting my proper paperwork was the salesman job and I didn't appreciate the way he handled requesting that paperwork 23 days after the fact. Lastly I talked to the finance rep Rob as well as Carl about warranties and was not informed that there was an option for lifetime warranty. When I brought it up I was told it was to late to finance I would have to pay for it straight out which was more expensive then if I had financed it with my loan. I didn't recieve an explanation for why i wasn't told there was a lifetime warranty available when I purchased the 7 year one. Finally I love my car but would have returned it and purchased it somewhere else if given the option. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. I don't plan on dealing with this dealership in the future I will go to another dodge facility for any maintenance I may need going forward. More
Better than Expected- So Happy Had an unexpected car disaster earlier in the week and began an aggressive search for a car in my price range. After seeing 2 other vehicles and dealing with literally dozens of annoying phones calls from other dealerships, we visited City Auto Park on Saturday. Not only were we greeted by a friendly team, but each step of the process was smooth and seamless. The car was better than we expected and Gus, Carl, and Rob made our car dreams come true. They took my crappy car for a trade-in and got be a low rate for financing that I couldn't believe. Carl Collins made the actual buying process feel so low pressure, he was a dream to work with. More

Worse life time experience It started over 3 years ago when I was lied to when leasing my car. Lots of false deals and double talk. When my lease was up, one of the managers tried to trick me into making an unscrupulous deal to benefit him, by purchasing the car from the bank at a better deal and sell it to him, a deal that would have cost me a big amount. ( taxes and registration) When I refused he reacted by doing more unscrupulous deals. I wonder if he would have attempted to do this to a male customer. I finally decided to purchase the auto for my self and encountered more obstacles, in trying to get my registration and license plate. After 2 months of leaving numerous messages, as they would not rerun my calls, it finally got resolved. Very unprofessional and the manager is not trustworthy. I forgot to mention that my car need to get some body work done. The same manager conned me into using his connection to do the job, at a cheaper price than Maaco. When I turn over the car to him, he later notified me that it was misquoted and that it would be the same amount as the competitor I had no choice as I already turned my car to him and lost time in doing this. . At that point I had no choice but to pay More
