The service provided by Alejandro Rojas and I bought a new Jeep Cherokee 4x4 75th Anniversary edition from Dodge Chrysler Jeep City in Burlington, NJ. The service provided by Alejandro Rojas and Liz Petnicki was second to none! I visited 6 different Jeep dealerships in the Philadelphia / New Jersey area and the service provided by these 2 individuals, as well as the Sales Manager and Finance department, could not be beat. Liz and Alejandro were both extremely thorough, honest, transparent and genuinely very friendly. I never once felt like I was being ripped off, which was the case at a few of the other dealerships. Pete Trolene was also terrific to work with when it came to finalizing the contract. Very knowledgeable and it was evident that he was looking out for me. Exceeded expectations The dealership had a ton of inventory and it would be difficult to not find a vehicle to fit your. Needs. My salesman was Carl and he rocks!!!!. Carl knew the product inside and out and was eager to help me even though I had different ideas of what I wanted he ran back and forth multiple times to show me what I needed to see. We negotiated and I think everyone got a fair deal. After an agreement was reached they sent me to the insurance portion of the dealership to get the new vehicle put on my policy . Allstate was there and the guy who put my new truck on my insurance policy gave me a Quote for home and auto and I will be saving 1600 dollars this year since I have just switched to Allstate . Next step was with Pete The contract guy , dude is funny and was easy to deal with for the contract signing. Back out to Carl went over vehicle again and had already set the nag to my home address and away I went everything was perfect thanks guys More
