Great Customer Service This is the 3rd Dodge Ram 1500 that I have purchased from City Auto Park. I love the truck itself and the ride you get in it, I am always getting compliments on what a sharp truck the Dodge Ram is. Moving on to the Customer Service that I have received especially during my last 2 purchases were exceptional, both purchases were for the same truck (Dodge Ram 1500) 6 years apart and both by the same salesperson (Moe Almufti) who has made it a point to stay in touch from time to time even many years after making the sale and keeping me informed on any good deals that are being offered or coming up. My experience with Moe as my salesperson is that he serves the customer with a great deal of pride, personability, and his knowledge of the product he is showing you. I was never rushed into making a decision, as we know buying a vehicle is an expensive purchase and may take some time to make the right decisions but through it all I can honestly say that Moe was extremely helpful in both of my purchases and that's what keeps me going back. After all, it has been my experience that when the employee faces stay the same at certain businesses such as City Auto Park I believe that says a lot about the employee, the management, and the owners of the company. Fantastic Experience I've been working with Liz since August and she kept in touch with me until we bought our new Jeep in November. She was always quick to respond to me and her demeanor was always fantastic. She put together a great deal for my wife and I and the numbers were as she stated when we got to the dealership. She even had all the paper work done and approved before we got there because he had our 3 month old daughter with us and she wanted us to be in and out as quick as possible. Great experience! Joe, our sales rep was very attentive and friendly. And Gus, the sales manager made the deal very attractive to us. The finance department and Pete were very friendly, thorough and fast.
