I can definitely say I have found a new home and family at Dodge Chrysler Jeep City. It started with my communication with Liz one of their e-mail / internet Customer Service Reps. She followed up in a timely fashion, was sure to check back with me to ensure she answered my questions and if I had any additional ones. She sent me the most current incentives and when I was ready she scheduled a time for me to come in, knowing what I was looking for with Sales Rep. She was OUTSTANDING! Upon my arrival to the Dealer I was greeted at the door with a smiling, friendly face. Once I advised why I was there and what I was there for, they introduced me to Carl Collins who assisted me with the purchase of my new 2017 Jeep Cherokee. Carl was very friendly, listened to what I had to say, didn't try the old school "seller" antics, Carl was very seasoned, knowledgeable and knew how to treat me and I am quite sure all of his other Customers. He consistently listened to me, my needs, my budget and provide me with an overall very enjoyable experience. Aside from Carl and his AMAZING service I also worked with Peter in the Finance Department and just like everyone else, was very friendly and outgoing. I was prepared to spend the day at the dealership and am happy to say, I was there for maybe 3 hrs tops. I highly recommend Dodge Chrysler Jeep City, Carl, Liz, Peter and the Facility Manager. All of whom were very accommodating and while I was there I could hear the other Sales and employees providing the same, courteous, friendly service everyone deserves when they come to purchase a vehicle.
