My sales guy Bobby was very knowledgable in the product and really took his time in showing me the vehicle Unlike the other few places I've been it seemed like he actually paid attention and addressed all my questions As far as everything else goes, the Finance manager Tim went over all of the paperwork very careful and explained each sheet that I signed with great deal I'd definetly recommend Burlington Chevy to anybody in the market Great Job Guys and thanks again More
I had a great experience at Burlington Chevy. The staff was friendly and I never really felt a "hard sell". Kevin, our sales rep, asked questions about what I was looking for and what I needed. He never tried to shove me into a car that wouldn't be a good fit for and my family. I had questions about credit and financing but they took the time to answer my questions. I love my truck, I love the sound system, I love my On-star. But I could have gotten my truck anywhere...I am glad I went where I did. More
Our On-Star turn-by-turn direction system has not worked since March. It appears unable to locate the car and consistently states we are off-route when we have not left the road we were directed onto. It wa since March. It was serviced on 4/23 by the dealer's service people and I was told that the antenna was loose. I attempted to use the system the next week on a straight highway run from NJ to Maryland - IT DID NOT WORK! I was advised by OnStar that the car had to go BACK to the dealer. It was booked into the dealer on a Monday and returned with NO REPAIRS! WE ARE STILL AWAITING RESOLUTION AND NOW MUST TAKE OUR OWN TIME TO DRIVE THE SERVICE TECH AROUND (AS THEY CANNOT SPARE SOMEONE) SO THAT HE CAN AGAIN CHECK THE VERY SAME THING HE WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE FIXED TWO DAYS AGO!!!!!! THE SALES MANAGER'S COMMENT IS THAT THEY DON'T BUILD THEM, THEY ONLY SELL THEM - IT'S APPARENTLY TOO MUCH TO ASK THAT THEY STAND BEHIND THAT WHICH THEY SELL. More
