Chris was GREAT! I submitted an inquiry to the website for a car I liked and he sent me an email and then followed up with a phone call. He was very friendly and very low pressure. I knew what I was looking for and he was able to show me the vehicles I had inquired about. We went out on a test drive and he was very candid and honest with me. I didn't feel like he was trying to "sell me" like I usually do when I go to a car dealer. I liked that the website had a lower no haggle price and it was comparable to what I found on other sites. He did all the leg work for me, including carrying my stuff from my old car to my new car. He even called the insurance company and got everything switched over. He reminded me to check my CD player for any disks, remove my EZ pass and other things that I may have over looked. He thoroughly explained everything to me at every step of the process. I walked away with a great car and I didn't have that sick feeling in my stomach like I got taken advantage of. It was an absolute pleasure working with him. The Finance guy was great, had an awesome sense of humor and made it easy for me to complete all the paperwork. I've worked with their service department in the past and as usual, they were very quick in getting my car fueled up for me so I could get on the road. I would highly recommend this place and especially Chris Childs. More
bought a 07 corvette for my wife , the third day after taking the car home i took it out to take one of my sons for a ride, as you make a tight turn it makes a loud grinding noise in the rear. asked my sa taking the car home i took it out to take one of my sons for a ride, as you make a tight turn it makes a loud grinding noise in the rear. asked my sales person to have it checked out when i took it in for a tear in the leather seat that they agreed to fix befor i bought the car and have the two seats heated. after i googled the problem i found out the fluid in the rear needed to be replaced ,easy fix right 3 quarts at aprox 25 and change a quart well when i went back to pick up the car i was told that the grinding noise is normal and i would have to pay to have the rear serviced and that would fix the problem. so after spending almost 40 thousand dollars a week earler i leave the dealer behind and cut my losses. problem 1 i had the rear serviced at lucas chevrolet the noise is gone and im planning to have them do all my service work it cost me 136 with parts and labor very nice people to deal with. problem 2 the seat repair looks like a kid fixed it with a tire repair kit a sprayed over it with black dye. third thing was the heated seats and ill be honest it was sent out for that and who ever did them did a wonderful job. ps this car was also a gm certified corvette not to impressed with that ill stick with my fords after this. We purchased our car there. Sales rep was very helpful and professional (Martin), not at all a surprise as they as trying to sell you a car. All seemed well except when we got home (should mention we were out of state about 2.5 hours) we noticed that the carfax report was not in the paperwork. Tried on 3 separate occasions to obtain by contacting sales rep as well as their vice president (Gus). Was ignored all 3 times. Customer service ends with the sale. On top of all that , was told the tires were in great shape only to find out during the state inspection that the rear tires needed to be replaced! Finance manager need to be more professional in his dealings with people. More
I broke down on the road traveling to North Carolina for a family funeral, as you can tell it wasn't a great experience to begin with. I called in and Adam answered the phone very professionally and gave me the number to call roadside assistance and be towed in due to a flashing engine light he explained it should not be driven. Road side took a bit longer than I hoped, but they arrived and towed me into the dealer. Again I was greeted by Adam and saw on the desk a lot of paperwork and asked if they were all ahead of me. He explained that under the circumstances he assured me that I would be addressed in a timely manner. I was so excited when he came up to me in the lounge in less than a hour and said I was all done. He explained that it was an odd item but something he has seen before, a spark plug had a hair line crack. The repair was under warranty and I was on my way total time in under 4 hours. Although it was 4 hours I wasn't counting on they made the experience very pleasant. My only complaint that i am not local to them for my every service need! More

Instead, my salesperson was knowledgable, my offer was considered and eventually met. Once the sale was complete, they took the time to show me the features of the car and set up my cell for bluetooth and XM radio. My sales guy Bobby was very knowledgable in the product and really took his time in showing me the vehicle Unlike the other few places I've been it seemed like he actually paid attention and addressed all my questions As far as everything else goes, the Finance manager Tim went over all of the paperwork very careful and explained each sheet that I signed with great deal I'd definetly recommend Burlington Chevy to anybody in the market Great Job Guys and thanks again More

I love my truck, I love the sound system, I love my On-star. But I could have gotten my truck anywhere...I am glad I went where I did. More
Our On-Star turn-by-turn direction system has not worked since March. It appears unable to locate the car and consistently states we are off-route when we have not left the road we were directed onto. It wa since March. It was serviced on 4/23 by the dealer's service people and I was told that the antenna was loose. I attempted to use the system the next week on a straight highway run from NJ to Maryland - IT DID NOT WORK! I was advised by OnStar that the car had to go BACK to the dealer. It was booked into the dealer on a Monday and returned with NO REPAIRS! WE ARE STILL AWAITING RESOLUTION AND NOW MUST TAKE OUR OWN TIME TO DRIVE THE SERVICE TECH AROUND (AS THEY CANNOT SPARE SOMEONE) SO THAT HE CAN AGAIN CHECK THE VERY SAME THING HE WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE FIXED TWO DAYS AGO!!!!!! THE SALES MANAGER'S COMMENT IS THAT THEY DON'T BUILD THEM, THEY ONLY SELL THEM - IT'S APPARENTLY TOO MUCH TO ASK THAT THEY STAND BEHIND THAT WHICH THEY SELL. More
