Last month i bought a certified 2006 corvette from them. no haggle paid in full on the spot. i took the car home and put it in the garage. a week later i tried the navigation system and a error report read no haggle paid in full on the spot. i took the car home and put it in the garage. a week later i tried the navigation system and a error report read "no map cd", i called Jaqulin my saleswoman and she said she will see what she can do and get back to me. she never called me back. searching the internet the most common problem seemed to be a replacement cd.i went to my local dealer being Burlington is 50 miles from my house and bought the$130.00 cd. navigation reads same thing. navigation is bad. i spoke with Joshua on the problem and he states i need to make a service appointment and he stated that Burlington will not replace the unit and i should have got the extended waranty.soooo i pay $31.000.00 for a certified corvette from burlington chevy and they dont care that a major component is faulty and should have been noted and repaired and not be sold as a certified car. please save yourself a headache, go somewere else that actual cares for their product, their service, their customers and actually can certify a vechicle at their dealership.i replaced a wheel sensor,i replaced the battery(they installed a $30 walmart battery in a vette!) and now a $1000.00 navigation system.i wont recommend bringing a lawnmower in this place for service forget about a car.Thanks Burlington Chevrolet. now we understand why foreign cars out sell american......... I asked about a 02 trans am I found on the web and nancy started out fine. She asked me for my info on my trade witch was great. I asked her two questions over email. Well it was two day and nothing. I went and got a loan and planed a trip to go see and really just to go get the car. Its a long 500 plus miles away. So u asked her why she has sent responded. I also said that it just hard talking to dealers threw email cuz its hit or miss if they respond or care and that's one reason why I haven't found a car yet. I went out and took detailed pics of my car so I could show her the trade before hand. I asked her if she was ready for the info on my trade.and I got a email from her saying (remember I got a loan and planed a trip for this car) at this time its not possible to do bussness with you nd have good luck finding a car. wHAT just went down this nancy lady just told me to go away after I did all this and she knew I was doing this. I called the store and asked for a manager. The lady that answered the phone said what department in a realty rude voice. I went straight to voice mail. And haven't got a call since. I just gave up at that point and am looking for a car elves where. Don't go to these people they moss lead you and then treat you like xxxx. And stay away from nancy. More

I recently bought a slightly used car from Burlington Chevy. I was able to negotiate via email w/ Brad Marks prior to actually viewing/driving the car (bonus). Once we came to an agreement I went to take Chevy. I was able to negotiate via email w/ Brad Marks prior to actually viewing/driving the car (bonus). Once we came to an agreement I went to take a test drive. This dealership allows customers to drive w/o a salesperson which was nice. The next day I came in and signed papers. Soon after bringing the car home I found an issue that would prevent me from passing inspection. I called the VP, Gus, and he put me in touch w/ Mike. Mike and Gus assured me they would take car of the issue. Within a few days they came to my house to pick up my car and they left a loaner. They made the repairs and returned the car to my house. Overall, I'm very happy with this dealership's customer service. The staff is also very friendly. I would recommend Burlington Chevy to friends and family. Also, Joe in the service dept is A++ in my books. He would call w/ updates on my car when possible and he turned around the repair quite quickly. More

After having followed a internet trade in services instructions I was informed by Brad, Used car Manager, that I had not done it correctly and the internet service did not want to buy my car. Aft instructions I was informed by Brad, Used car Manager, that I had not done it correctly and the internet service did not want to buy my car. After leaving the dealership I called the internet service and asked what I had done wrong. Their response was I had done nothing wrong. Their VIN interpreter does not decipher all VINS and since I entered a truthful review in their alternative process and had even provided the VIN, their offline vehicle review and appraisal, where something they still stood behind. They informed me that their notes indicated the dealer did not want to accept the vehicle and was looking for a way to not accept it. This conflicted with Brad, the used car manager's explanation that I had made a mistake and not entered the information correctly and that the service did not want my car. Brad repeated both rather publicly rather than speak to me in private. My frustration with this is I had driven down on a previous day to have them evaluate the vehicle and returned to complete the process. Now I would understand if they had indicated it was their decision not to accept the vehicle, or offered and alternative evaluation but I found Brad's delivery place and explanation wanting and question their level of honesty given the information from the internet service. When I asked if the trade in service could evaluate my entry they reviewed and confirmed it had more than enough information to accurately evaluate the vehicle and stood behind the trade in price. They helped me connect to a dealer who in turn was more than willing to buy my vehicle. More
