This dealership is extremely welcoming and friendly, it’s not one of those dealerships where you immediately feel overwhelmed once you walk in through the door. From the lot attendants, to the receptionist, the salesman, management, etc., everyone was extremely friendly and helpful in any ay they possibly could be. I had the pleasure of working with one of their salesmen, Louis Ruvo, and he was fantastic! I was nervous about buying a car and he made me extremely comfortable with looking for a car and helped me with the financial part of it so tremendously considering I had no idea about anything when it came to financing a vehicle. He was very easy going and easy to talk to, and made sure to answer every question I had! He helped me go through my options and make sure I picked the best vehicle for me. When it came time for me to sign my contract, I had zero doubts about my purchase! He made sure I loved my new car and walked me off the lot a happy customer that day. He also made the process quick and speedy, which was fantastic. I would say Chevrolet is definitely a place you’d want to take your child for their first car, they’re definitely a family kind of dealership and you know your child is off in a safe vehicle.
