Racist I overheard this young man talking with an older man, that was wearing a Chevy hat, while waiting for my vehicle to be serviced. As I walked by, I ove I overheard this young man talking with an older man, that was wearing a Chevy hat, while waiting for my vehicle to be serviced. As I walked by, I overheard them conversing about some topic and heard the term "xxxxxxx" very clearly. They obviously did not know a person of color was walking behind them, but I'm disgusted by this. Perhaps if the younger man wasn't staring at his phone watching a basketball game, he would have noticed me walking by. I have contacted the general manager and will never go here again. More

Above and beyond I had been searching for a car for my mom, as she was in a Ford Focus that she was extremely unhappy with. I have dealt with Bobby Williams before, b I had been searching for a car for my mom, as she was in a Ford Focus that she was extremely unhappy with. I have dealt with Bobby Williams before, buying three cars for my wife and myself over the past 4 years, so I reached out to him to see if he could help. She had some extenuating circumstances and he was able to get her into a car that she really liked for the same price that she was paying for her current vehicle. He went out of his way to make sure she was taken care of. Very happy with this salesman and dealership. Will recommend to anyone. More

She introduced me and My wife to Bobby Williams who was terrific and very knowledgeable. He called me to follow up with our appointment and when I got to the dealership he had all the documents ready and the test drive car already set up. He explained the whole process in detail and was determined to find me the best financial options. Lucky for me the Trax Redline vehicle was in the showroom and Bobby took me over and reviewed every feature of the vehicle and that sealed the deal! The whole experience was great. I have a few co-workers here at Comcast who are looking for a new vehicle and I have recommended your dealership. More
