I brought my Nissan versa in for a front end alignment that another dealer 4 times and never got it right. Burleson Nissan got the car into the service bay in 5 minutes from my arrival. I was able to watc that another dealer 4 times and never got it right. Burleson Nissan got the car into the service bay in 5 minutes from my arrival. I was able to watch the mechanic work on my car, due to the large window in n the waiting room. He finished the alignment in less than 30 minutes. Having worked as a professional race mechanic at one time in my life, I could tell that the mechanic was highly skilled and was far better than mechanics from other dealers. I had the opportunity to talk to the mechanic and informed him that I would bring my Versa back for future service. I believe that high quality service should be rewarded by returning for future service and repairs. The Service advisor was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. My car's oil change was due but my schedule was tight for the next two weeks. I called Burleson Nissan late Friday to check how late the Service Deptartment was open. They were open until 6PM. I arrived the the next two weeks. I called Burleson Nissan late Friday to check how late the Service Deptartment was open. They were open until 6PM. I arrived there at 5:05PM. My car was ready and I was out the door by 5:30PM. Amazing! My Service Rep, Steve, was great and as always extremely courtesy, helpful and friendly. Burleson Nissan is by far the best place I've been for an oil change in over 50 years of driving. And their pricing is very reasonable. I'll be back for sure! More
