The dealership service department is very good, but they charge too much for parts and labor, as is typical of just about every dealership. $169.99 for a diagnostic is outrageous, ($100 to $120 too high). A More

I am sorry to see that you are unhappy with pricing you received from us. We didn't charge your to read the check engine code. The charge was for the smoke test that needed to be performed so we could properly diagnose your issue. This fee if for the labor for our technician to perform the test. As far as parts are concerned you can absolutely buy aftermarket parts for cheaper but we use OEM parts for our repairs.
