I was under the impression that since my car battery was under warranty....car had only 1055 miles when car battery died for second time....there would be no charge (or prorated) for new car battery. I scheduled an appointment for a tune up, I was quoted 3 different prices. The highest price at $1,000 I told them I only want spark plugs in which was quoted $169. I scheduled for Thursday,I accidentally came today and they had know problem getting me in confirmed with the lady its was $169 spark plugs only..she said yes. I sat down and was waiting when the other lady came to me to sign a paper. I looked at it was almost $400, I said thats not what was told to me. She said she would talk to the other girl but that the cost of $169 wouldn't cover her technician fees when the spark plugs are $96.00! I said well I was told $169 for spark plugs only. I left but it was frustrating since I left early to do this before work. I dont like wasting time or bad service or feeling like the dealer is trying to take advantage of you. Very bad service as a company,its to bad. More
It was so easy to drive up and hand my keys to the advisor and go for a walk to the local stores and grab items I needed. The worst service department. My new vehicle has had electrical problems since the purchase. When there was no loaner available I was advised my the sales team on 1/19/20 Sandy and Mallory to continue d electrical problems since the purchase. When there was no loaner available I was advised my the sales team on 1/19/20 Sandy and Mallory to continue driving the vehicle in addition to the service manager Daisy. I wasn’t aware that it was okay to drive a vehicle that has a recall on it and electrical problems. More
Terrible to try to talk to anyone other than a sales person They had my Nissan in for 2 months and after paying a wonderful $1400 bill and drove it home, it was doing the same thing as what I brought it to them They had my Nissan in for 2 months and after paying a wonderful $1400 bill and drove it home, it was doing the same thing as what I brought it to them. I was told when I emailed the service manager (because no one answers the phone) that I should take it to a different dealership. I did on the next day and they found the issue in64 hours, so add another $635 to the cost. So if you have a Nissan just like me take it somewhere else and save money and some time. More
Rip off We took our car to Burien Nissan on a recall for the cvt transmission. We never had an issue with this car before they got their hands on it. After we got the car back someone forgot to put the radiator cap back on and all the water boiled out. They fix that for free. Life is good. A week later the engine light comes on after they looked at it they told me that it would need a new transmission. After contacting a lawyer I agreed to pay %10 of the total $4743.38. So they take the car for a week and then call me to tell me that it’s the tail light. The part is $100 online. It appears that Burien Nissan would like to try to rip people off first and if that doesn’t work try to find the real problem. I would not recommend to buy or have your car service by them.
