Bad Experience with service advisor and new service manager. Will never go back!! They smile and are very friendly while they pick your pocket and perform service that you do not request. It is not even a cross sell, but more like tacking on additional costs that while being legitimate charges, are not the service requested. They send an estimate via electronic notice for approval which tends to avoid personal explanation prior to conducting the add ons. A kind of bait and switch. Case in point charging $90 to replace a cabin filter which was not needed nor requested. The service manager listened to the complaint about adding this to a brake service request, but refused to honor discounts and/or provide any consideration for the confusion they created. They smile to your face...but...you should be aware and avoid this service department. More

I felt like the oil change was a little pricey.
