Thanks for the $26 credit back on the $231 cost. Strangely, received the offer for a credit back the day after my post here on 6/24. That was 10 days after the original service and complaint. Still a word of caution to other and potential customers, --let the buyer beware. Present your discount offers prior to service and have the service advisor brief you in person prior to all repairs and replacements to be certain you only pay for what you need.
