It’s a good dealership and the people are friendly and do good work…HOWEVER without fail every time (and no I’m not exaggerating) I take my car in for maintenance it always takes 2 to 3 hours longer than the good work…HOWEVER without fail every time (and no I’m not exaggerating) I take my car in for maintenance it always takes 2 to 3 hours longer than they tell me. One time I came in and all the work was done five hours into the visit (I just came in for a inspection) but my vehicle was just left hanging on one of the car lifts while the “paper work was getting wrapped up” yeah my car was on the lift for an hour with no one doing anything to it before I was called back. This was one of the times I was told the inspection will be done in under three hours. It took 6, it’s just unacceptable. If it’s going to take longer AT LEAST LET YOUR CUSTOMERS KNOW. But no I was left hanging for hours with no info…if there was another place to go I’d go. More

Over 1 hour before car was pulled in. Also Dee Phillips was extremely condescending when I asked questions about what was taking so long and questioning it the charges on the invoice. Tax was computed inco was extremely condescending when I asked questions about what was taking so long and questioning it the charges on the invoice. Tax was computed incorrectly and I still don’t know what miscellaneous charges are. I will not bring my car to this dealer ever again. More
