Daisy and her team claimed I needed services I’d had done the month before at my actual mechanic, and claimed I needed service my mechanic had not noted as an issue, to a cost of about $2000. In addition to that, a 2017 Sentra demonstrating classic signs of transmission failure (which Nissan has lost a class-action suit about), which is under warranty by both mileage and in-service date can’t possibly be failing because it’s not throwing any codes, and they would like to pretend it’s not visibly failing, which it is. The service is atrocious - they don’t return phone calls and claim they sent you messages when they didn’t, and of course I find the lying offensive. I look forward to taking this further with Nissan, the NHTSA, the state AG, and the BBB, and of course if the transmission fails before Nissan replaces it, my lawyer. Perhaps I can be the lucky complainant who forces them into an involuntary recall of the CVT transmission. I will never purchase another Nissan, in part because of the poor quality of this one, and in part because of this treatment. All further pursuit of a warranty remedy will absolutely not happen at Burien Nissan. More
Rachel and her Tech Luis were fantastic. From the moment I arrived she took extremely good care of me and all of my service needs. Even when the tech had a question for me and brought me out to my vehicle they were profession and courteous. Luis took a moment to warm up to me, but he was in super serious tech mode and I can understand that! He has his game face on. Once he asked for my input, he was fine! Rachel even was super competitive with my other dealers rates that I’ve been since I owned the car! She went above and beyond to make me feel appreciated and extremely valued! Compared to a lot of other dealers! Thank you for going above and beyond for me! I’ll be back for sure! More

Very poor customer service! Much longer wait than promised, inaccurate report on the multipoint check, the rep looked irritated when asked for clarification and we felt ignored. I had to go to the mechanic to ask a quick question and then the other rep chastises me for doing so and then have me wait some more while she remained chatting on the phone! We will never go back to this dealership’s service dept again!!! More
