I asked about an upgraded vehicle, figuring it wouldn't be as good of a deal, but I was wrong. There wasn't even a need to negotiate. Jon seriously knows how to take care of customers, and so does his sales team (Thanks, Michelle!!). I am happy with my new car, happy with the experience there, and glad to give a dealership like that my business. More

We where trying to buy a car in early Nov 2012, They told us they could get us financed. They did not. I asked several times to give the car back. they said "don't worry about it". Then we didn't hear from t us they could get us financed. They did not. I asked several times to give the car back. they said "don't worry about it". Then we didn't hear from them for a few months, So I called them, Trying to work this problem out. Left severall msgs, with no return calls for over a week. then out of the blue I get a call. I was told by Joe Schaaff, That they had some staffing problems and they had several other people in the same boat. Now they want to finance the car themselves and they say we owe them almost 2k. There where no phone calls form them, no bills where sent to my home. Its not my fault they had staffing problems. They will lie to your face. Please be careful Because we have been treated so bad, we no longer want there there car. This is how they treat Veterans and there family's. VETERAN'S BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!!!! More
Beware! Car Pros sold my sister a car then called her a week later saying, "Can you bring the car back?" They approved her and took her old car as a trade-in then we found out a week later that her loan w week later saying, "Can you bring the car back?" They approved her and took her old car as a trade-in then we found out a week later that her loan wasn't approved as they had stated it was. I don't know what kind of operation Car Pros is running here, but I cannot believe than any dealership worth patronizing would allow someone to purchase a car and drive it away before making sure things are right with the bank! This has caused her a great deal of grief; she put over $400 into getting this car fully insured and so forth and is devastated that they are pulling the rug out from under her like this. Stay away from Car Pros Burien; you, like my sister, might get the worst kind of bait and switch there is. She will be taking her old car back and taking her business elsewhere. More
