I am handicapped and have a number of special needs. I needed a car not so high off the ground that I couldn't get into it, but not so low that it couldn't accommdate a lift on the back for a scooter. And short enough to fit in my garage with that lift and a vehicle that got good mileage. They came up with a Chevy Equinox 1 LT. I asked them to find a new 2012 in Cardinal red with options that I had decided I needed. They found one and had it delivered to their dealership. We were part way through the registration and finance process when I discovered that I needed the 8 way electric seat option which I hadn't realized I needed. They worked for several hours trying to find another new 2012 with that option. Never complained once. They treated us like family. These are two very special men who give straight forward answers. No high pressure or beating around the bush. Best by far of any car purchase I've ever had (and have had a lot in my 74+ years). I have always liked Chevrolet vehicles, but knowing what I know now, even if I preferred other brands of cars, I would go to Izzy and John and purchase a Chevy just because of their service, honestly, and kindness.
