Let me tell you something Izzy Vargas & John Gonzales are the best car salesmen in the world. I emailed Izzy explainaing what I wanted on a 2012 Malibu, 30 mins later he found me a car exactly to my spec are the best car salesmen in the world. I couldn't believe it a 2012 Malibu in November when all the dealears only have 2013 models. He even went the extra mile, or should I say the extra 75 miles. I say this because he actually looked for the car I wanted around other Chevy dealers in California and got me mine from Montebello, which is 75 miles away from Santa Paula. And don't get me started on the deal he got me. My car payments are $379 a month for a fully loaded, leather interior 2012 Malibu. I was in the market for a new truck and went to my local dealer to ask questions about the particular model I was interested in. As a result of this initial contact, I called around looking for a dealer that was responsive to work with. This is when I first spoke to Izzy Vargas at the Santa Paula Chevrolet dealership. I told him what I wanted, which was very detailed with many "extras". He called me back in a half hour with a bottom line price with a vehicle that had everything I wanted. Over the next couple of days Izzy continued to be very patient with my myriad stupid qustions, etc. He made me feel comfortable and wanted. I committed to the sale never having seen the specific vehicle nor having met Izzy face to face. I drove to Santa Paula the next Monday and purchased the vehicle exactly as had been agreed to over the phone. This is the third new vehicle I have ever purchased in my lifetime. It is also the most expensive one I have ever purchased. Without a doubt, this transaction was absolutely the most trouble free and had the least amount of stress for me that has ever occurred. There was no four hours of negotiating while the salesman took my offer to the sales mgr, so he could sit on it for 30 minutes, and then come back with another unacceptable offer, etc., etc. Izzy, and his partner, John Gonzales, know their vehicles, and understood my needs. It's strange, but I really felt like they wanted the best for me. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone interested in a hassle free purchase of a vehicle. More
