I just want to thank god for Jaime Torres and Alex Santa Rosa because they were very courteous and went out of their way for me. My antenna broke through no fault of my own and the warranty would not cover Rosa because they were very courteous and went out of their way for me. These two people Alex and Jaime were able to talk to the managers and work it out so that I wouldn't have to pay anything because it was a new car and we have referred about 3 other people who have purchased brand new cars at this dealership. My father worked for GM for 30 years and is now retired so I believe this had an impact on the decision as well. The service department refused to cover the cost of the antenna so this is the reason Alex and Jaime had to go out of their way and I appreciate that very much they are the best!!! I believe you need to keep these two assets to your company because they know how to keep a customer happy!! I am very happy with both of them. More

We have been looking into upgrading our Suburban. At first we went to Valencia to look at all their Suburbans (being that they are only 15 min away). We found one that we really liked. We had to go back and forth on pricing (which we hate to haggle), and they didn't want to give us any amount on what they would give us for our trade-in (which was paid for). John and Izzy from Santa Paula got right to work for us and found us the suburban we were looking for. The offered us money for our trade-in, and they saved us $600.00 on the car. They had to bring the car from another lot to Santa Paula. The funny thing is that it was the same car we wanted from the Valencia lot. So basically we had to drive 40 min to get the exact car at a better price because Valencia couldn't make the same deal (even though we have bought our last 3 cars from that lot). We have to say that out of the last 4 times we have bought our Chevy's, this was hands down the best experience we had (totally worth the 40 min drive). John and Izzy were amazing and we couldn't have asked for better customer service!! They took the time to research what we were looking for and made the deal happen with no haggling.
