William Thawley was great to work with and never pressured us as is often the typical behavior of car salesmen. The dealership was managed by the most charming, Gabriel Aguilar and he was wonderful to work with! To find the model, color and features we wanted was handled as no problem, even though they had to locate it and work hard to get it, including William driving a long distance to pick it up for us. Even the owner of the dealership, got involved to expedite our getting the exact car we wanted. Gabriel worked hard to help us to end our existing car lease and give us a very low price and interest rate on our beautiful new Chevrolet Impaula 2LTZ! We would definitely recommend them to our friends and family. I will bring my mother to their dealership next time she trades cars, even though she lives a long distance. I initially looked online and researched several automobiles, (including Chevy, Ford, Mazda, Nissan, Hyundai, and Kia), and I finally decided the Chevy Cruze was the vehicle I was most interested in automobiles, (including Chevy, Ford, Mazda, Nissan, Hyundai, and Kia), and I finally decided the Chevy Cruze was the vehicle I was most interested in. I then looked at Chevrolet dealerships near my home, actually going to a few of them, but I wasn't satisfied with the choices these dealerships had to offer. I then looked into Santa Paula Chevrolet, (which is actually a lot farther from home than the others dealerships I looked into), and I noticed they had the best inventory of the car I wanted, hands down. I called Santa Paula and spoke with John Gonzales, (who is an Internet Sales Specialist). John was very easy to talk to and he was able to answer every question I had, while also making me feel comfortable in the process. This was important to me as I have met and talked with a lot of pushy salespeople, while looking at cars in my lifetime, but this definitely was not the case with John. My wife and I drove to Santa Paula Chevrolet last night, we spoke with John, and we were blown away at the deal they offered us. He explained every step of the buying process to us and, once all was approved, we ended up driving off with a brand new 2014 Chevy Cruze! I would have to say this was 'by far' the easiest and best car buying experience I have ever had! "Thanks John"!!!! More
