I went to Santa Paula Chevrolet because I noticed online a decent inventory of used Suburbans. Sales associate Tony had a friendly non-pushy approach. He read me well and helped me decide. Between Tony and his manager Jaime, I think they gave me an O.K. deal. I probably could have negotiated a better price had I tried a little harder. Reuben in financing was very pleasant to deal with, but I have a feeling would have sold us a high rate loan and everything under the sun if I wasn't going to get my own financing. When I visited Santa Paula Chevrolet yesterday I was not intending to purchase a new vehicle, but was there to have my 12 year old SUV serviced. Sales consultant Alex Santa Rosa was friendly, helpful and professional. I'm sure I had a lot of dumb questions, but he was very polite and made sure I understood everything from beginning to end. Later in the day, during a brief return to the dealership, sales consultant Ricardo de Leon walked me through the process of pairing my phone and also explained some features of the car interior that I had questions about. Tony is very knowledgeable salesman whether its something about a car you like or questions that you might have regarding the whole car buying experience.
