After several attempts to get someone to return my phone call for the past three weeks, I have no choice but to leave a message of disappointment and poor customer service. This matter can be resolved with call for the past three weeks, I have no choice but to leave a message of disappointment and poor customer service. This matter can be resolved with a simple "courtesy" of a return phone call. I purchased a 2021 Telluride vehicle back in 2020 and the salesman sold me a key replacement that I'm requesting at this time. I would like a response from the GM ASAP, in order to resolve this issue, since I cannot get a response from the rest of the Bulldog Kia Team. More

This was, without a doubt, the best car-buying experience I have ever had. I started casually looking at SUVs from out-of-town a couple of months ago, and Joe Miller was very helpful in my long-distance sear I have ever had. I started casually looking at SUVs from out-of-town a couple of months ago, and Joe Miller was very helpful in my long-distance search. When we finally decided to come to Athens and look at Bulldog Kia, Joe wasn’t available, but Russ Johnson took care of us. He was so friendly and helpful, and made us feel very satisfied with our purchase. We had been looking for a while, so we already knew a lot about the Telluride options available, but Russ was right there to answer any questions we had, and to assist us in viewing and driving as many vehicles as we needed to feel good about our decision. I would highly recommend Bulldog Kia to any friends and family, and I would specifically tell them to go see Russ. He was awesome! More
