Jon had owned a Sorento in the past and was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. He explained many things to me and synced up my flip phone to the car in minutes. He let me spend as much time as I wanted playing with all the features and controls. The price was good and I was given a generous trade in for my 13 year old Explorer. The team helped me get a great loan rate and the whole process went very smoothly. Jonathan even helped me clean out my old car while I was doing paperwork. A truly great customer experience! More

Outstanding On 9/25 I called the Kia dealership at 8:20am. A guy by the name of Mr. Chuck took my call. I told him I had been to two dealerships and one was tryin On 9/25 I called the Kia dealership at 8:20am. A guy by the name of Mr. Chuck took my call. I told him I had been to two dealerships and one was trying to put me in a car for $575 a month. A car that was not my choice. The salesperson insist I was getting a good deal. The question was who was really getting the good deal? not me. Mr. Chuck listened to everything I had to say about my experience. I told him the car I wanted and he gave me just what I asked for. Mr. Chuck not only give me great customer service but he delivered on all aspect on my needs. I got a good interest rate and a much cheaper car note. I couldn’t be more happier than I am right now.
