My husband and I stopped by Bulldog Kia, "just to look" at the Optima of which we had seen one in the Atlanta Airport a few months back and really liked the looks. We had no intention of buying a new car - we had a good car which we'd just had a 45,000 miles service check this very week! James showed us the Optimas on the lot that were examples of what we'd seen in Atlanta. He began to tell us all its features-we really liked the warranty package. I especially liked the lumbar feature and loved the color! As I said, we had no intention of buying or trading a car when we went in, but all the staff with whom we met,were so friendly and professional not "high pressure or pushy." James was able to get the "deal" we felt was reasonable and instead of going out to eat, we traded cars. I would definitely recommend Bulldog Kia to friends and neighbors. More

I saw a deal on line for a used car being sold at Kia Bulldog. I was immediately greeted, took the car for a ride, had all my questions answered in a timely fashion. When I arrived at the dealership, James was waiting for me ready to test drive the car I was looking at. I am so glad I checked online for the current specials because this car was EXACTLY what I was looking for. James was really friendly, professional, and explained everything too me and I didn't feel like another number. He introduced me to his team of great people he works with and that made my experience even that more enjoyable. I have a sense that people really liked where they worked and cared about the customer. Steve was great to work with and helped me reached the numbers I needed in order to make the purchase. I also got to go in the back and meet the guys in the service center which is where I will be bringing my car in for maintenance when needed. Everyone was so helpful and nice to me and I've already told 20 people or so how great it was to buy a car at Bulldog Kia. At the end of my experience, Shannon came out and took a picture of me with my new beautiful car and emailed it too me! All I have to say is Bulldog Kia rocks and I highly recommend this dealership and they have a customer for life. More
