After months of researching affordable cars and looking over ratings of different dealerships, I decided to give Bulldog Kia a try. I am so glad I did! First off, they immediately contacted me back and gained my trust and made me feel like I've known them for years. This was beneficial to someone such as myself who hasn't bought a car in 10+ years. When I arrived at the dealership, James was waiting for me ready to test drive the car I was looking at. I am so glad I checked online for the current specials because this car was EXACTLY what I was looking for. James was really friendly, professional, and explained everything too me and I didn't feel like another number. He introduced me to his team of great people he works with and that made my experience even that more enjoyable. I have a sense that people really liked where they worked and cared about the customer. Steve was great to work with and helped me reached the numbers I needed in order to make the purchase. I also got to go in the back and meet the guys in the service center which is where I will be bringing my car in for maintenance when needed. Everyone was so helpful and nice to me and I've already told 20 people or so how great it was to buy a car at Bulldog Kia. At the end of my experience, Shannon came out and took a picture of me with my new beautiful car and emailed it too me! All I have to say is Bulldog Kia rocks and I highly recommend this dealership and they have a customer for life. More
