My first contact for this purchase was by an email that was sent to me when I responded to an online inquiry. When Steven White sent me the original email, I ask that he not call me and he did not, which was sent to me when I responded to an online inquiry. Past experience with car salesmen made me think that I would be receiving a call from him any minute, which did not happen. He did send me a message asking that I ask for him when I came into the dealership, which I did. When I arrived a the dealership, I ask for him by name and in a couple of minutes he came and introduced himself to me and my wife. Steven was very friendly and outgoing. I told him what we wanted to see and he took us to the cars. We decided on which one we wanted to test drive. While test driving it, he showed us some of the features of the car and answered any questions that I asked. Steven appears to an extremely honest and courteous salesman and above all he was very professional. There was absolutely no high pressure selling at all, which was something else that impressed me. I have purchased over 25 vehicles in my lifetime and I have never been so impressed with a dealership in my life. After the deal was done, paperwork completed, and the car delivered, Steven came out and sat with me in the car and answered other questioned and showed me other features on the car. He spent 10 to 15 minutes with me that he did not have too. I will definitely recommend Bulldog Kia and I will especially recommend Steven White as the person to deal with. More

Purchased a 2013 Sorento SX from Bulldog Kia after alot of visits to other dealers. Shannon and Steven were great to work with and made sure we were happy with what they offered. I recently purchased a Kia Sorento from this dealership. The purchase was made too quickly on my part and I take responsibility for that. However, I believe other options could have been offered to me at the time I was shopping that were not. For instance, right after purchasing the vehicle, I became aware through a TV ad of a lease promotion on a new model Sportage that I was not even made aware of. The lease was much more appealing to me due to the monthly payment and the Sportage is what I visited the dealership to look at in the first place. No used ones were available at the time and there was no offer by either Mr. Ross or Mr. White, both of whom I worked with that day, to attempt to locate one from another source. There were several new ones on the lot. Had the lease option been discussed, I might very well have leased a vehicle and in the long run been happier. The Sorento is a nice vehicle, however after the purchase of it - which per the contract, I had no recourse in 3 business days to return, I realized this car was not a good fit for me. It is too large for my needs, doesn't have several features I want and by the time the dealer fee, an absurd $600. and "GAP" insurance, (that the finance manager pressured me to purchase) was added on, the payment was beyond what I told everyone involved I wanted it to be. Mr. Ross was very helpful, what little I worked with him. However, Mr. White, though "friendly" enough tended to be sarcastic and condescending. To site a few examples, when telling him I preferred the color black, he advised me to "close my eyes" and that is what I'd see. When I commented that the vehicle I purchased did not have temperature or directional read outs, his comment, as he licked a finger and held it to the air was, "let me help you out - it's hot out here." I realize he thought he was being funny but what it showed me as a customer was that he really wasn't concerned with what I wanted, only with selling a vehicle. This was made more evident when I returned to the dealership after my purchase to discuss with him that I was not really very happy with the car and to see if there was anything KIA could do to get me in a car that would better fit my needs and have on it at least some of the features I was looking for. It was made even more evident during my visit that the only concern was that a sale was made and not that the customer was satisfied with the purchase. In hind sight I should have just walked away from this deal. I regret having purchased it and having gone to this dealership. More

Our Sales Associate, Robert Harbison, was extremely knowledgeable and worked with us until we found exactly what we were looking for. After the sale was final, Robert went over the car again, showing us all of the features, taking time to ensure that we knew how to operate all of the gadgets. My wife and I are very pleased with the vehicle but even more pleased with the overall experience at Bulldog KIA. More

I was in the market for a family sedan and after looking at the Optima and all of its true competition, I decided on the Optima. I can't imagine being as happy with any of the Optima's competition after test driving the Optima. Bulldog Kia and James Hammond, the sales manager, were able to meet a very competitive price on a Kia Optima EX model. The transaction was a very pleasant and painless experience. Bulldog Kia was able to get me the exact model package and color I wanted on the same day I made made the purchase. I was extremely impressed with the dealership, the quality of its staff's customer service, professionalism, and no pressure attitude. As a customer, they made me feel like my business was their top priority and went out of their way to make it top-notch. Before I made the final decision, Steven White's enthusiasm, knowledge, honesty, and personable style is what really secured the transaction for their dealership. His commitment to customer service is the best I've experienced. He also spent time with me after my purchase to show me details about the car so I would feel very comfortable with all its functionality. I was just checking into the possiblity of getting a car down the road and knew exactly what I wanted and wanted to work towards in the upcoming year. I didn't think it would be possible to get a loan yet. I decided to check online with Bulldog KIA to see what they had and read about the vehicles. I knew from from the Edmonds reviews on the KIA and Hyundai's that that was the vehicle brand I would purchase when I was able. So I went on Bulldog KIA and Shannon, your internet specialist was fabulous ! I told her exactly my situation and what I had to work with and to see if by chance I would be able to do anything at all in the near future. She came back with a quick YES! Everything I asked, she came back with answers immediately. I had an appointment that afternoon with a Sale Rep but when I got there, he was tied up so he had Shannon help me. She was awesome, answered all questions, and what she didn't know she asked and got answers, again very quickly. We checked out a few cars. I fell in love with the Hyundai Elantra, which I knew I would, especially with the great gas mileage it gets :) . We worked the price out, they let me drive the car home. I decided to look at one more, so when I came over at lunch the next day, I drove the other one back to work and then back to Bulldog KIA after work. I had made my decision. So I went in and told them I wanted this second one that I had driven, so it was no problem. They worked the numbers and adjusted it immediately, did the paperwork, detailed the car out for me while I signed papers. And it was done. They were very very accomodating. Best customer service ever !!! Shannon was awesome !! We got a chance to chat and get to know each other a bit and found out that we cross each others path and didn't know it. We also attend Cornerstone when we are not driving to Atlanta to Mt. Paran, to sit under Dr. David Cooper. Shannon definitely earned a commission off this sale though. I hope she gets it !!! She was most helpful and accomodating without being pushy. She was the perfectr salesperson ! Then my original Rep, Rob came over to make sure everything was going like I wanted, and helped me finish it out. Made sure everything was perfect. His thoroughness was wonderful too. He knows his stuff. And they all made sure that I knew that "Service after the Sale" is HUGE to them. Wendell the finance guy was great also. Very helpful and accomodating too. The whole experience was AMAZING !!! Never been so easy to buy a car :) I certainly see why they are rated #1 in customer service !!!! I will definitely recommend Bulldog KIA to everyone.
