Joseph Strong walked out of the building to greet and meet us as soon as we pulled up in the dealership parking lot. He was very personable, easy to talk to and seemed credible. Once we sat down, one his of first questions was what do we want and it was a sincere question. I got a sense from him that he would not try to hustle us into a bad deal. He was very friendly and patient, as we also had our 2 month old with us. Both my husband and I fell that this is the best car buying experience possible. We've purchased and leased 2 cars in the past together and always felt uneasy at best if not down right angry afterwards. Went to look at the Kia autos because of friends recommendations. We had almost made up our minds to purchase another brand, but went to Bulldog Kia just to satisfy our curiousity. We were very impressed with the features offered and even more so by the comfort of the ride itself. I wanted to look at another car with same features but in a different color, and he took us to what we wanted immediately.
