The staff was friendly and I didn't feel pressured. James Montalvo was my salesman and he listened to what I wanted and was very helpful. I went to Bulldog Kia to look at another SUV but after 4 hours of driving every model on the lot I ended up with an Optima. Sam was the most pleasant salesman I have ever dealt with. This was easily one of the best customer experiences I have ever had for any purchase. It started with looking at the available models on your great website and an equally great conversation with Mike Naz have ever had for any purchase. It started with looking at the available models on your great website and an equally great conversation with Mike Nazworth on the Kia Optima I was interested in. Once on site, we received royal treatment from Denorris who treated me and my wife with respect and thoughtfulness. He really listend to what was important to us and helped us find the far that fit both our needs and our budget. My Kia is a great car and I could have bought it anywhere - boy am I glad I didn't just go anywhere and went to Bulldog Kia.
