My experience at Bulldog Kia was great!! When we pulled into the parking lot we were met by sales rep De Norris Ross. I told him what I was looking for and the price I wanted to pay. This is my third Kia vehicle. The first two were also purchased at the Athens store, but this experience far exceeds the prior two purchases. From the minute I walked in the door, there were smiles, helpful attitudes, and the determination to provide my needs with the numbers that I could accept. James Montalvo was the sales agent, and exhibited the PERFECT combination of professionalism and friendliness. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles, but with one question that he was uncertain, he was quick to acknowledge he didn't know, and called someone else over right away to answer the question. I don't remember the name, but the guy who crunched the numbers for me with regard to payments and interest rates was AWESOME! He found a great interest rate for my credit score, and after all the papers were signed, found an even better one 2.8% better than the original one! The "take delivery" process went very smoothly, and I felt good about driving the Sportage off the lot, even though I've never driven anything this large before. I have bought many new cars in my life, and always hated the process. I only wish all new-car purchases could go as smoothly and pleasantly as this one. The staff is to be commended for their delightful execution of Customer Service. Thank you for a great experience!! I look forward to working with these folks in the future. More
