We recently returned to Bulldog Kia to trade our Optima for a Kia Sorento. We first bought from Steven White and upon our return he turned us over to James Montalvo. James was very accomodating in showing us the vehicles and spent as much time as we needed in our deliberation. Both experiences with both of these salesmen have been over the top. James went above and beyond to deliver our new Kia Sorento to us so that we could leave the next morning to attend a family funeral in Florida. We recently took a trip out of town and were looking forward to how the Sportage would drive. This was about an 800 mile round trip. Gas mileage was excellent. The ride was awesome. We are very pleased with the Sportage and the service we got from all the people at Kia and especially James Montalvo. I bought a brand new Kia Rio in June of 2012 after I hit a dear in my 2003 Kia Spectra. I was left driving a Suburban as a result and I am a home care nurse and driving about 150 to 200 miles a day. He showed me exactly the kinds of vehicles I was interested in and did not try to push me into anything I didn't want. He was so helpful and so easy to talk to, more like a friend than just a salesman. He continues to frequently contact me to ensure my continued satisfaction and always recognizes me when I am in for service, which is another subject I can only rave about.
