I had an WONDERFUL experience at Bulldog Kia. DeNorris Ross was my sales person, he was so nice and patient. He is trustworthy and not pushy. This was my first vehicle purchase alone (something very scary to do) and he answered all of my questions, followed up with me, and helped me buy a safe reliable vehicle. He was awesome!!! And now I consider us friends. Everyone at Bulldog Kia was very nice and welcoming. I was able to get a Sorento exactly like I wanted and they made the numbers work with my budget. Steve the finance manager was very nice to me, and helped me understand the sales process. I work in sales, so I have high standards for customer service and DeNorris exceeded them. We recently returned to Bulldog Kia to trade our Optima for a Kia Sorento. We first bought from Steven White and upon our return he turned us over to James Montalvo. James went above and beyond to deliver our new Kia Sorento to us so that we could leave the next morning to attend a family funeral in Florida. I recently bought a Kia Sportage from Bulldog Kia in Athens. James Montalvo was our salesman and he mad the process so easy and stress free. He didn t pressure and made sure he explained everything about the car, it s features and our whole financing process. We recently took a trip out of town and were looking forward to how the Sportage would drive. This was about an 800 mile round trip. Gas mileage was excellent. The ride was awesome. We are very pleased with the Sportage and the service we got from all the people at Kia and especially James Montalvo.
